Israeli Dancing, 5 Rhythms, Ballroom Dance Practice

Hello Gainesville Ocala Israeli and Folk Dancers,
 
Israeli Dancing tonight at B'nai Israel from 7 to 9. Only $5 per family. Free if you came to Lindy Swing on Sunday. Beginners welcome.

This Sunday July 31 at 308 West is Five Rhythms instead of Lindy Swing. Join the unique Five Rhythms dance program with visiting guest instructor Amber Ryan. Dancing is from 7 to 9:30. What are the 5Rhythms? See the event description details below.
 
Lindy will return on Sunday August 7.

What are the 5Rhythms? Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness.
 
The 5Rhythms ® are a free form dance practice held in a clear structure for the purpose of learning more about who we are, who we are not, and who we are becoming.
 
They are designed to  bring out each individual's creative potential as well as being a catalyst for deep healing in the  body, mind, and soul regardless of your age, shape, gender, or physical endurance  level.
 
Collectively, the 5Rhythms create a wave of energy that allows us to get in touch with our innermost feelings, to express our inner world as energy in motion, and to release and let go of what we no longer need to hold onto.
 
By moving through this wave of energy we unleash the dynamic power that is alive within each of us creating more space for our essential selves  to Be.
 
Please arrive early to be on dance floor at 7pm.
