Hello {!firstname_fix} and Gainesville Ocala Israeli and Folk Dancers,
Nia, English, Israeli and Samba tonight, Monday at 308 West. Nia Holistic Dance and Fitness starts a four-week series for beginners from 6 to 7 pm.
The last Contra 101 is next Sunday from 5 to 6 at 308 West, followed by week 4 of beginning Swing from 6 to 7 pm. You can still join these classes even if you missed prior sessions.
Next Sunday evening doors open at 7 pm at 308 West for Sacred Groove Meditative Dance, non-judgmental, do-your-own-thing dancing to groovy music. No skill required. Come and dance whatever you feel.
