UF Swing, Farewell Tango for Elke and Dubravko, Two Contra Dances

Hello Gainesville Ocala Social Dancers,

 

UF Swing Club is in session tonight, Friday, at the Reitz Union on the third floor at 8 pm. They meet every other week during the summer.

 

Tonight is the monthly Contra dance in Melrose. Tomorrow night Saturday is the monthly Contra dance at the Boltin Center.

 

Sadly for us Elke and Dubravko are moving to Germany. Saturday night David and Thuy host a farewell Tango milonga for them. Everyone invited. Contact David for details at david.chayes@gmail.com

 

Josh's third Wednesdays West Coast Swing dance resumes next week at their new location 1212 N Main Street.

 

Seniors come line dancing and have a lot of fun with me on Thursdays at the Senior Center from noon to 1:30. Contact Jennifer Mullis 352-395-5193 to register.

 

On Mondays join me and others for Israeli dancing. You will have a great time working up sweat doing fun dances at B'nai Israel at 7 pm. Beginning July 1, we will be running a teaching series through out the fall for those interested in learning Israeli dancing. From 7 to 8 pm, we will slow down and teach dances. We will then dance from 8 to 9:30 or 10.
