This Sunday we will have a short class from 6:30 to 7:30
followed by a birthday party dance from 7:30 to 9:30 to
celebrate March and April birthdays for Beth, Jay,
Richard (again) and Theresa.
If you have a birthday, let us know.
We will celebrate yours too.
Come out for a casual, fun evening of dancing and socializing.
This party is open to everyone, whether you know how to swing
dance or not.
There will be a mix of music, mostly on the slower side,
suitable for all types of swing, maybe a little cha cha,
salsa and some hustle.
QUESTIONS FOR YOU
Am thinking of starting a Swing and Social Dance night
and would like to get your thoughts.
What we do right now are classes. This would be a different format.
This would be a short class followed by social dancing, mostly
all types of swing with a little latin and hustle. The idea is
to give you a chance to go out and dance, putting all those classes
to good use.
Probably be on either Thursday, Friday or Sunday nights.
Probably cost $10.
Is this something that you would go to?
Any thoughts on what we would need to do to make it successful?
