Sign Up for Round Dancing, Line Dancing, Israeli Dancing

Gainesville Ocala Israeli and Folk Dance Newsletter 2013-08-26
 
Hello Gainesville Ocala Israeli and Folk Dancers,
 
Dancing this week as usual, with the monthly Contra dance next Sunday, September 1.
 
There will be Israeli dancing on Labor Day, Monday, September 2 and every Monday in September, since the Jewish holidays do not fall on Monday. Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year starts Wednesday night September 4, so there will be no Line dancing on Thursday September 5.
 
You can now sign up for Round Dancing and Line Dancing at the Senior Center, and Israeli Dancing at B'nai Israel, as well as Swing dancing, all via Santa Fe College Community Education. Details below.

1. New beginner Senior Line Dancing on Thursdays at noon, if you would like to start line dancing at the same time as others
 
2. New Round Dancing at the Senior Center on Mondays at noon. This is ballroom dancing with choreographed steps and a caller, growing in popularity around the world.
 
3. New beginner Israeli Dancing on Mondays at 7 pm
 
4. Super Simple Swing for novice dancers, on Thursdays at 6 pm
 
5. Swing for All Levels of experience, teaching and practice combined, from 7 to 8:30 pm
