Hello Gainesville Ocala Social Dancers,

 

Lots of dancing this weekend and next.

 

Thursday at Gainesville High School is Israeli Dancing 101 at 6 pm and Super Simple Swing 101 with Andy at 7:10 pm. We can still use guest leaders for Swing 101. Thru GHS main entrance and all the way to the left. Three weeks left for each class. To register call 352-395-5193.

 

No Senior Line Dancing this Thursday. Senior Line Dancing with Andy at the Senior Center returns for two more weeks next Thursday, beginners at 11:30, intermediate at 12:30.

 

Death Letter Blues is back, tonight Wednesday at Sweet Mel's, 1 W University Avenue at 8 pm. www.facebook.com/events/118869501626280

 

Come out Thursday night for a Swing and Social Valentine's Dance at the Boltin Center with Richard and Bob from 7 to 9 pm.

 

Swing and Sway has an Afternoon Dance on Friday.

 

Friday night join UF Argentine Tango Club for a Valentine's Milonga at the Hippodrome. www.facebook.com/events/118869501626280

 

Saturday night David and Thuy host Tango Y Te. Contact David at david.chayes@gmail.com.

 

Also Saturday night is the monthly Contra Dance at the Boltin Center. If you are a newer dancer, this is the dance for you. Easy enough that anyone can dance all night the first time.

 

Sunday is the monthly Vintage Waltz Brunch at 11:30 at 4005 NW 22 Drive.

 

Next week, come out on Tuesday night and improve your waltzing with Bob Rogers Intermediate Ballroom Waltz class. If you do Vintage Waltz, you can join the last two weeks of this class.

 

Next Wednesday is Josh's monthly West Coast Swing Dance at 4005 NW 22 Drive.
