Afternoon of Poetry, Sond and Dance with LaQianya, Waltz Brunch, Contra Dance

5 new dance sessions start in September via Santa Fe Community Education. See below for details.
 
Busy weekend coming up. Friday night is International Folk dancing.
 
Saturday at 2, join LaQianya for her book signing and poetry performance with musical and dance accompaniment, on the top floor of the public library downtown, on University Avenue and 3rd Street. 1. New beginner Senior Line Dancing on Thursdays at noon, if you would like to start line dancing at the same time as others
 
2. New Round Dancing at the Senior Center on Mondays at noon. This is ballroom dancing with choreographed steps and a caller, growing in popularity around the world.
 
3. New beginner Israeli Dancing on Mondays at 7 pm
 
4. Super Simple Swing for novice dancers, on Thursdays at 6 pm
 
5. Swing for All Levels of experience, teaching and practice combined, from 7 to 8:30 pm
