Israeli Dancing, Line Dancing, International, Swing and Sway

Gainesville Ocala Israeli and Folk Dance Newsletter 2013-09-23

Hello Gainesville Ocala Israeli and Folk Dancers,

Yesterday was the beginning of fall. The days are getting shorter and the nights are getting longer and cooler, all the better for dancing.

Come out tonight, Monday from 7 to 9 pm for Israeli dancing at B'nai Israel. We will learn a new dance Rov Brachot in honor of Sukkot.

You can find the lyrics here.

You can find the dance here.

Thursday, join me at the Senior Center for Line dancing from noon to 1:30 pm.

Next Friday night, there are two dances of interest. International Folk Dancers meet at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. Swing and Sway holds an evening dance at the Senior Center. Both dances start at 8 pm.

Happy Dancing,
Andy

  1. This is a game you guys should really get. Tap to change direction, and avoid obstacles. It can get very challenging, which is something I like. You can feel the music as you tap along, and understand music in general better. However, this game does not get updates on Amazon. If you would like to play the newest levels, you have to get the game on Android or iOS.
