Hello Gainesville Ocala Israeli and Folk Dancers,
We will not be Israeli Dancing this Monday. Maybe next Monday January 14. Look for an announcement in the newsletter.
Israeli Folk Dancing 101 via Santa Fe College Community Education starts January 24 from 6 to 7 pm at Gainesville High School. This is a 6 week series. If you know anyone that wants to start Israeli Dancing, this is the perfect time. Start with other beginners like themselves.
Super Simple Swing Dancing 101 via Santa Fe College Community Education starts January 24 from 7 to 8:30 pm at Gainesville High School. This is a 6 week series. This is a beginners class for new dancers. All other experience levels are welcome to sign up for this class as well. You can take this as a refresher or just to practice. Doors open at 7. Class is from 7:10 to 8:10 with practice time until 8:30.

The monthly Contra Dance is this Sunday from 4 to 7 pm at the Boltin Center.
English Country Dancing starts back up this Monday January 7 from 7 to 9:30 at the United Church of Gainesville, 1624 NW 5 Avenue.
International Folk Dancing next meets Friday January 11 from 8 to 11 pm at Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 4225 NW 34 Street.
