come out and join us for author and activist Sandor Katz's talk "Introduction to Fermentation" next Friday, January 8th at 7pm.
Sandor is the author of the books "Wild Fermentation: The Flavor, Nutrition and Craft of Live Culture Foods" and "The Revolution
Will Not Be Microwaved," and we are thrilled to host this event as part of his visit to Gainesville.
