Israeli Dancing and English Tonight, Swing Dances

Hello Gainesville Ocala Israeli and Folk Dancers,

English Country Dancing and Israeli Dancing tonight at their usual times and places. Beginners are encouraged at both programs.

At Israeli Dancing, we have covered our entire beginner set and will start learning a new set of dances. You can find videos of our beginner set here.

Our next set is here. Expect some changes to this set.

The next Contra Dance is Sunday, August 7.

While this is a folk dance newsletter, there is some interesting social dancing coming up that you might like and one program gets you into Monday Israeli Dancing for free.

This Wednesday, Josh Angel has a West Coast Swing dance party at 308 West. If you attend this program, Sunday night is only $5.

Friday Kay Picart is holding ballroom class in Rumba at 308 West. If you attend this program, Sunday night is only $5.

Saturday night is the Shahboz Memorial Swing Dance at the Boltin Center.

Sunday we have dance drills from 6:30 to 7, followed by slow Lindy Swing and then Hustle! at 308 West. If you attend this program, Monday Israeli Dancing is free.

Happy Dancing,
Andy
