Israeli Dancing Monday nights at B'nai Israel from 7 to 9. $5 per family. Beginners from 7 to 8.

Ira Weisburd may be coming here for a workshop of Israeli and International dancing on Monday October 31. Let me know if you would be interested in attending so we can plan for this. Even if you are not a regular at any dancing or do other kinds of dancing, this should be a fun evening and easy enough for everyone. Ira recently returned from a teaching tour in Asia.
Last Friday the International Folk Dancers did Israeli dances Tzadik Katamr, Tzur Chassidi, Hora Agadati and At Va ani. Their International dances are fun too. If you need another night of dances, try this.
For a fun afternoon, go out next Sunday to support Jonathan King calling the Contra Dance at the Boltin Center from 4 to 7 and debuting his daughter Ruth King's original dance.
Afterwards, next Sunday night from 6:30 to 9:30, come out for Swing dancing. If you come to Swing, Israeli dancing on Monday is free. The class is for all levels, but focuses on beginners. The Swing schedule is:
6:30 - 7:00 : Swing Dance Exercises
7:00 - 8:30 : Swing Dance Class and Dancing
8:30 - 9:30 : Hustle!
